Here at Protect Your Bubble, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve won two big awards! This year’s Money Awards deemed us as the Best Insurance Brand, as well as giving us the accolade of the Customer Service Excellence Award – and we couldn’t be more delighted with the news!

The Money Awards are organised to identify British companies that deal with money, and to recognise their efforts and hard work, regardless of their industry. Under the Best Insurance Brand category, the judges chose us due to our excellent services in this highly-competitive marketplace, as well as our ability to deliver real value to customers in our industry.

For our Customer Excellence Award, the judges decided that although the competition was tense this year, it was our transparent customer experience process that gave us the edge. Our proactive approach also caught their attention, as our committee meets to solve issues regularly.

Our head of UK operations, Rob Basinger, added: “We’re simply delighted to have won these two fantastic awards this year. We’re hoping to continue and expand on this success over the next year, and I would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work and outstanding dedication.”
